About this course
This unit is complementary to the Maritime Talent Management unit and focuses on performance and reward management in the maritime industry, with specific emphasis on practice, processes and systems development.
In particular, the student will be given the opportunity to critically evaluate the role of performance and reward management in support of the achievement of organisational objectives within a competitive maritime environment.
Consideration will need to be given to current industry and competitive issues, such as low cost manning and variable regulatory training regimes.
