WSA and Marine Matters sign collaboration agreement

lars-henry-webWarsash Superyacht Academy (WSA) and Marine Matters have signed a collaboration agreement to ensure that the RYA training requirements expected of WSA can be provided to their students prior to the further education training required for operation on superyachts and the new CoC Master Workboats qualification.

Henry Hillier, MD of Marine Matters, said, “I am delighted that the Academy has recognised our professional approach to RYA training and has chosen to work with us as a sole supplier. I am looking forward to building a working relationship that will benefit both parties and ultimately the customers relying on our supply chain.”

Lars Lippuner, Business Development Manager for WSA, said, “Marine Matters has come highly commended by some of the most respected figures in the yachtmaster training industry. What we like about Henry is that he always strives for excellence, and both his equipment and his teaching provide unsurpassed quality when training superyacht or workboat crew for the RYA Yachtmaster qualification. This training is an important stepping stone to the officer of the watch (Yachts less than 3,000GT) and the brand new Master (Workboats 500GT) certification. Warsash Superyacht Academy is delighted to be working closely with Marine Matters to create a fantastic learning experience for all future candidates.”
